[Suggestion] Remove powered by #47

It would be helpful to have an option in the admin settings area that switch off the powered by opengist link to personalize it.

As everyone can see, Uptime Kuma offer the possibility to add powered by anything you want: https://uptime.mariushosting.com/status/live
