Spacing between Avatar and title missing on some Gists

I noticed a strange behavior in terms of spacing in between the Avatar and the Meta-Data + URL:

That's what I'd expect though:

I am not sure if I have seen this before v1.7.1 but I can't spot any real differences HTML and code wise.
I tried changing the sorting and even added a new gist to verify that this is not affected "all other than the first gist".

I also checked the demo opengist and could not see the behavior there. May this be an issue with Single user instances only?
