Publish button vanishes after first hit

When I published a message with the client, the "publish" button just diappears.
Disconnecting and connecting to the server does not help. Only exiting the program and starting it again helps.

I have found you have to open and close the History window on the bottom right hand side before it will show the publish button again.

Confirm that button run to the right side, and collapsing history fix this (this is temp fix).
I think setting the line with controls: radio-buttons (raw,xml,json), button format json, button publish, should be aligned to the left side, now it looks like it is set to justify.
