Sending data in hex

Hi, this is not an issue, just a small feature request, i think it would be very handy to add hex data input option next to the raw, json and xml options, and then the user could type something like
0x00 0x12 0x5a
and it would get sent to the broker as a simple 3 byte array.
I use mqtt with IOT devices and the ability to send raw bytes like this instead of regular ascii text, would be incredibly useful to me (and i am sure to many others too)

It would be nice if you could consider adding this feature.

@MikeX7 Please what is your experience receiving data from IoT in hex?
Did you have to do any extra operations apart from just converting to string? Mine was unreadable when converted.
