RETAINED label/flag is disappearing #533

Hi everybody,

I'm using MQTT-Explorer on macOS Big Sur (Intel). After some time of using the yellow "RETAINED" button will disappear and will not show again. I have to restart the app or I need to disconnect and connect again to my broker.

I just noticed this also. Running the latest 4.x beta on Windows 10. The red retained flag disappears at some point and doesn't come back.
