#enhancement simple api

An api builtin to the tool that has two methods:
-->publish topic set payload
<--subscribe topic get payload

All the transactions pass through the UI:
topic treeview, history, graph, etc.

Then we can do more complex transactions which requires unique response data from subscription payload which can be used in subsequent publish payload transactions.
Use node or python whatever to build the test script.
