Accepting Pull Requests for MQTT 5.0 functionality?

I am working on a fork that would add MQTT 5.0 functionality to MQTT Explorer. I nearly done with the below features.

• Protocol Version Selection (3.1, 3.1.1, 5.0)
• User Properties (5.0 only) : Send and Receive

That said wondering if you would accept a pull request related to these features. I know that right now the license restricts distribution of derivatives so I don't want to spend too much time on fork if I can't distribute it somehow.
