Mac: Explore "Apple Application Menu" Capabilities #139

I included the Apple Application Menu platform dependency in PR #138.

This supposedly allows to set the application name when running on MacOS.

Evaluate the possibilities and effect of setting this.

Consider setting the application name (if necessary), as hinted at in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22604218/set-a-dynamic-apple-menu-title-for-java-program-in-netbeans-7-4.
