Start Nuts Agent SubProject

Add a new sub-project in nuts repository (under companions) called nuts-agent
In this project, you create a NAF application that starts a WebServer
(https://medium.com/@sayan-paul/develop-an-http-server-in-java-2137071a54a1)
in HTTP/HTTPS mode.
The server listens by default on 80000 port. The server implements a single service /version that returns the application version (session.getAppId().getVersion())
