@theraot Please, disable AppVeyor.
GH Actions is free for public repos https://github.com/pricing and it would be easier to mange CI from inside repo.

I don't like this 3m 45s restore, but restore in CI/dotnet restore/local results in 3 different lock files. I'm done.
