Clicking like mad with pen.

First off, thanks for this patch. I got it installed on MacOS 13 ventura with a Bamboo Capture CTH-470 and everything works except one thing:

As soon as my pen approaches the tablet, the mouse pointer starts quickly hopping between 2 or 3 places on the screen and there seem to be mouse click events at the same time. One of the places is down by the dock, so typically when I do this, a bunch of applications start up. I disabled both pen buttons, in case one was stuck, but that didn't help. This may have nothing to do with the patch -- in fact it probably doesn't -- it might just be an issue with the CTH-470 on Ventura. Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone successfully got the CTH-470 running on Ventura with no issues?

Edit: I see from issue 101 that several people have had success with the CTH-470 and Ventura, so maybe it's a hardware malfunction.
