After a long time using yowsup, I got banned a day after I switched to the current develop version.. didn't do anything unusual. I thought the env version got just changed but looking at historys idk. Just to let you guys know.

I got banned as well. What was the version you have used previously ?

It's general problem with whatsapp API
I don't know if it will fix or not.

Here is my banned scenario:
Yesterday at 00:52 our yowsup instance got blocked by whatsapp.
We are using the following:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.3
Server located on AWS
yowsup version: wa16 with master commit 69662c0 (Hotfix)
Additional information:
Number got authenticate (Using CLI with SMS code) at 25/04/2016 (02:36)
number got 101 messages and responded to all of them - Meaning 101 incoming and 101 outgoing messages.
push messages sent only once (Only 1 message that initiated by us)
only 3 numbers started a chat with this number (from different countries)
I've noticed that since 26/04/2016 21:30 yowsup didn't sent Iq (ping) toward whatsapp
Number got blocked at 28/04/2016 (00:52) with the following yowsup message:

When trying to issue a new registration for this number we get:

Nice log.
I was using a tweaked version of the lastest wa16 branch, the same as @tomerb15, so it may not be related to switching to newer develop branch.
Before updating yowsup, I sent some messages to a group with only my yowsup, my real number (latest windows phone whatsapp) and a guy running latest android whatsapp. The guy coudn't read yowsup messages on his phone (I could on mine, sender keys were sucessfully sent to him). 24 hours after (no yowsup usage) I was banned.
