Bug report

Some date formats are lost when pasting from Excel and parsed as strings

Reproduction of the problem

Excel provided in Ticket ID: 1658266

copy and paste that into any Kendo Spreadsheet component.

Expected/desired behavior

Dates shall be parsed to dates.
