Components marked as removed still present in remote workspace

Describe the bug

When exporting a component that was previously imported and deleted the message that was successfully marked as removed is displayed but the component is not removed from the remote workspace (or at least from bit cloud)

Steps to Reproduce

1. bit import ... to import a component from the remote workspace
2. bit delete ... to mark as removed the same component
3. bit export

Expected Behavior

The component is removed from the remote workspace and from bit cloud

Additional context

This components were previously removed from the local workspace and to remove them from local and remote workspace i imported them and then i marked them as removed
