Preview stuck at "component preview pending"

Describe the bug

We are using self-host bit version. After upgrade from 0.2.29-node-18.16.1 to 1.0.7-node-18.17.1, all new components preview become "component preview pending"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade bit-server image from 0.2.29-node-18.16.1 to 1.0.7-node-18.17.1
2. Create/update any component and export to bit remote scope
3. Go to remote scope web UI but all updated components preview become "component preview pending"

Expected Behavior

Every component should display its preview.

Screenshots, exceptions and logs

No error logs in container and console web

Specifications

• Bit version: 1.0.7-node-18.17.1
• Workspace type: (harmony/legacy)
• Node version:18.17.1
• npm / yarn version:
• Platform:docker selfhost linux

We have resolved this problem. For those team using self-host bit, please use command bit config set force_local_build true to skip using Ripple CI
