Noticed this on a OnePlus 6 running LineageOS 20 (Android 13) with on-screen soft system buttons (the only options for this handset, as it has no hardware buttons). With the navigation drawer open and scrolled all the way to the bottom, the last item in the drawer is overlapped by the system buttons and cannot be tapped. Tested on latest F-Droid version, 13.9.9.
