Coming over from #1476 (comment): https://github.com/t3-oss/create-t3-app/blob/a72bf70bc94a1c4615913cab5382aea6cb718851/upgrade/tsconfig.tsbuildinfo is checked in but shouldn't be (it's a local build artifact).

.gitignore is usually how we ignore them.
