[RFE] Collect /proc/net/netstat

In order to better understand TCP performance over time on a system it'd be great if sar collected /proc/net/netstat as well (TCPLostRetransmit TCPRenoFailures TCPSackFailures TCPLossFailures... and all the other fields)

That's a lot of new metrics! Are there some of them which are more important than others? I would like to know if anybody else would also be interested by them...?

I think it'd be a bit hard for me to choose a subset of more important ones, as I use some in certain situations and others in other situations. Let's wait and see if anyone else is interested. If none is, feel free to close this one out.

I'm also looking for proc/net/netstat information (TCP prune and collapse stats atleast) to be collected by sadc/sar. Is there some work around this?

Main network performance metrics are already collected by sar, and I don't plan to add new ones at the present time.
