Opening output in new tab does not work: "Additional step required / In order to see your preview, you need to connect this window to its project." #574

To reproduce, go to https://learn.svelte.dev/tutorial/introducing-sveltekit , then click the open in new tab button in the bottom right (screenshot below):

What I see when I open it is:
