How to set the kotlin version?

this command return the error.

How to solve this?

Maybe your project need a newer Kotlin version? Default kotlin in ubuntu-latest runner is 1.9.21-release-633. You can use https://github.com/fwilhe2/setup-kotlin to install a specific version.
