Incompatibility with 'webapp-webpack-plugin'

Hi! I found some incompatibilities when working with both speed-measure-webpack-plugin and webapp-webpack-plugin. When this plugin is enabled, the favicons generated by the webapp-webpack-plugin are not being inserted in the index.html file.

Steps to reproduce:

• Clone https://github.com/woitechen/tysark.git
• Run yarn && yarn build
• Look at dist/index.html. Note that no favicons are included in the header.
• Run yarn analyze
• Look at dist/index.html. Favicons!
