Also nimbus t8n fails one of the legacy tests
LegacyTests/Constantinople/BlockchainTests/InvalidBlocks/bcBlockGasLimitTest/GasUsedHigherThanBlockGasLimitButNotWithRefundsSuicideLast_Frontier

the transaction index 6 is being rejected as it will use more gas then is ok in the block. but nimbus t8n process it anyway
