Considering the feedback given at src-d/blogpull/176#issuecomment-356458445, it seems to be needed to improve the continuous delivery for web sites guide.

It would be also great to link that doc in the guide/README, or —even better— in a new guide/engineering/README

I suspect that with the recent deployment of https://github.com/src-d/code-annotation we might have clarified this further. If so, what are the next steps for the guide?
