I have been working on the tutorial humanSkin dataset as provided online.
After using the cellchat <- computeCommunProb(cellchat, raw.use = TRUE) command, everything works fine. Apart from that I encounter the netP list to not contain anything. (Length of list = 0).
Meaning that I cannot run most of the downstream analyses that require the netP like in PartIV: Systems analysis of cell-cell communication network.
Is there something specifically that I should check beforehand? I assume that the netP list should encounter all the different pathways as necessary for computing a network centrality score for example.
Thank you so much!
