circle aggregate plot for comparison plot request

Hi there,

Is it possible to plot a comparative circle aggregate plot similar to the one pictured below where red indicated an increase of communication and blue a decrease, yet for a single pathway rather than all signaling? I am pasting below examples of how currently, the comparison plot of a single pathway is only shown as a side-by-side comparison, and I am requesting for help to plot it as one aggregate circle with red and blue indicating increased and decreased communication respectively?
