Full Dark problems in message composer #105

There are two major visibility problems with the full dark theme in the message composer:

Quoted text in replies is dark blue on a dark grey background.
The button text in the toolbar is dark on dark.

And the more minor problem of the header (To, Subject, etc.) input area being light themed.
