I will open a testing website for most of the open-source software and programming areas. This will initially include: Software: Blender 3D, Inkscape, Krita Programming language: Python, Lua, C# Interactivity with the developer community, artists with access to the social area, and options to request tutorials and share ideas. With a budget of $5/month it would cover the minimum for a host and domain, the construction work would remain to be done by me.
