No SpeckleKits folder throws unhanded error

Expected Behaviour

SpeckleCore should not throw and error and dump core when there's no speckle kits present.

Actual Behaviour

Core is dumped, massive explosions with full loss of all hands on board, leading to plugin loading errors.

This future fix should be propagated to all dependents of SpeckleCore.

Reproduction Steps & System Config (win, osx, web, etc.)

Delete the speckle kits folder from %localappdata% and fire Rhino up.

Yes, it does for me. I'm trying to install the SpeckleRhino plugin built (by me) from the current master f6a14deb0873fc59eae2d63f8bed97a9a3fafe3f .
The build succeed but the plugin installation throws out this error.

Current workaround is to create %localappdata%/SpeckleKits manually. Note that you also need put in there the required kits if you want to test conversion.
