Need to setup an email engine to send mails like for notifying, forget/reset password, new registration, etc.

Thoughts @dteiml, @sultan99, @developerKumar and anybody else most welcome?

Once decided, this issue will be divided in separate issues based on tasks to be done:

An email engine module. Can be written as a separate email app communicating via a queue or can be integrated in the current backend.
Need responsive email template design for basic functionalities:

New registration
Forgot/Reset Password
Notifications
