Trigger license reminder on renewal date

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The expiring license reminder always triggers when the license is about to expire. To make decisions about when to renew the license or not it would be way more helpful if it triggered on renewal date.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either change the license reminder to trigger on renewal date, if set, or give an option to do so.

Additional context
The license reminder is a valuable tool to find out beforehand when software licenses will expire/renew automatically and act upon it. If it would be possible to trigger on renewal date it would make it way more useful for this use case.
