Checkin/Checkout - No confirming email sent to user #9101

Expected Behavior (or desired behavior if a feature request)

When an Asset, License, Accessory or Consumable is checked in or checked out, a confirming email to the user email address should be sent.

Actual Behavior

Nothing at this time
