Email server accept all certificates #8406

Describe the bug
My mail server needs me to select "accept all certificates", but I can't do this with Snipe?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set email server
Press test email
Log shows certificate error which I can't ignore

Server (please complete the following information):

Version: Latest
OS: CentOS
Web Server: Apache
PHP Version: 7
