List Box Custom Field set numeric value of '0' for model field shows as blank instead

Describe the bug
Less of a bug and more of unexpected behavior .... After creating a custom field using the 'List Box' option with options of 0, 1, and 2 & Numeric as the format (the custom field is to indicate the number of inputs/outputs an asset has), when setting this custom field default value for a model to the value of '0' from the list, after saving the model and going back to edit the model to review, all custom fields with previously set value of '0' is blank instead.

Expected behavior
After saving the default custom field value for the model when '0' is used, subsequent edits of the model should have '0' as the selected value and not be blank.
