[Feature Request]: Request for Enhanced Email Notifications

Dear Snipe-IT Team,

I hope this message finds you well. As a new user of the Snipe-IT tool, I have a couple of requests regarding email notifications for asset check-ins and check-outs:

• Is there an option available to send an email notification to the user's reporting manager when an asset is checked in or out? I understand there is a CC option in settings which I plan to use for default members like HR and the Audit team.

• Additionally, is it possible to modify the email template for the check-in/check-out notifications? This would allow us to align the format with our organization’s standards and also we use some terms & conditions.

• When we upgrade or degrade, assign the accessories to the asset, we required email notification.

Could you please confirm if these features are already available? If so, I would appreciate guidance on how to enable them. Alternatively, kindly advise on where I can make these edits from the backend.

• A feature that allows users to modify the content and format of the email templates used for check-in and check-out notifications.

• Flexibility to tailor the emails to match the organization’s communication standards and branding.
