Selection fields load forever but doesn't show any content

Describe the bug

I'm not able to assign a User to a Company. There's just a spinning circle that seems to load forever. This also occurs on every other selection like this one, for example when creating an asset it's not possible to choose the manufacturer.

Reproduction steps

Try to create anything where you can select other things like company, category, manufacturer... and try to select those through the menu, it will just show the spinning circle and that's it.

Expected behavior

There should be the two mentioned companies in the list, where I can assign the User to one of them.

The storage/logs directory is empty, just a .gitignore file

If you're running this over TLS, make sure your APP_URL is set to use https:// instead of http:https://.

Seems I forgot to hit save after editing the URL in the .env-File.

It works now as expected.
