[Feature Request]: Possibility to create a description in the asset requisition.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have the possibility to create a description in the requisition of the assets. This function would be used to "link" the request for an asset or kit with servicedesk tickets number. Since to solve a ticket we may have to request equipments from the warehouse (managed by another team).

In my case need to do material requisitions for the warehouse. The functionality would be used to facilitate the tracking of input and outputs performed.

Currently, from what I understand of the software, when making a request, it falls directly to "Checkout". However, there is no field informing details about the requisition, which makes difficult to identify and separate the material in the warehouse.
