User reported issues with the Skywire manager update functionality of the UI.
The recent changes of the Skywire testnet rules article were displayed as an available update in the Skywire manager UI.

Confirming the update in the UI displayed the error message 'failed to install' which is in itself correct but misleading since the file itself was correctly updated.
Please add some secondary information whether the update was correctly performed and no new data in regards to the installation was received or if it really failed.
