Add the Chinese translation from the desktop wallet into here

One thing to keep in mind is that the translation files of the web wallet are similar to those in the desktop wallet, but are not exactly the same. Also, I have to add the mechanisms for checking changes in the translation files, since they have not been added to the web wallet.
