Adding twitter bootstrap css reduces ribbon height and mis-aligns the text #50

When bootstrap css is added to the page

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.6/css/bootstrap.min.css" integrity="sha384-1q8mTJOASx8j1Au+a5WDVnPi2lkFfwwEAa8hDDdjZlpLegxhjVME1fgjWPGmkzs7" crossorigin="anonymous">

The ribbons height is reduced and text is no longer aligned :

PR #48 seems to solve it.
