I would love to help with this, is it a limitation of the WebPageTest API Wrapper?

I figured out:

You just need to add video: 1 as a default option for the webpagetest wrapper to get the data with SpeedIndex.

After that, modifying your results page to include SpeedIndex: 'Speed Index' on the JS file will show the SpeedIndex on your reports.
