Download Xcode
Download proper Miniconda to the computer: Download "Miniconda3 macOS Apple M1 64-bit pkg" or whatever the latest version is from https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html
Select the default folder during the installation
Open a terminal

conda create --name tf
conda activate tf
conda install -c apple tensorflow-deps
pip install tensorflow-macos
pip install tensorflow-metal
conda install jupyter
conda install pandas
conda install seaborn
pip install scikit-learn

Try checking GPU

Extra (should not be necessary):

Download proper Miniconda to the computer
Install following the default options
Open a terminal
Type "conda list"
Create a new environment: "conda create --name study"
Go to your new environment: "conda activate study"
Install Jupyter: "conda install jupyter"
Install Spyder: "conda install spyder"
Type "jupyter notebook" to open jupyter
Type "spyder" to open spyder
Install numpy: "conda install numpy"
Install pandas: "conda install pandas"
Install matplotlib: "conda install matplotlib"
Could not install tensorflow with the latest Python. NP. Study it on Colab.
If "conda install <package>" does not work, use the following: "conda install -c conda-forge <package>" (used this for scikit-learn). If none works, use "pip install <package>" (used this for cufflinks)

conda install spyder
conda install seaborn

pip install numpy --upgrade
pip install pandas --upgrade

pip install seaborn --upgrade
pip install jupyter --upgrade

Error:
pip install spyder --upgrade
