Webserver: Apache v. 2.4.0
Database backend: SQLlite

Describe the bug
I cannot upload files larger than 1gb. Then the timeout error occurs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior.

Create a new Account

Expected behavior
The person who creates the account will receive a confirmation e-mail
