Sample types not displaying in the sample types page. #1468
Comments
Hi @mateoke , thanks for reporting. I've tested in my instance and it works properly using latest version of core and latest of health. Can you provide more information? (versions you are using, user role, etc.) I moved this issue to |
can we close this one @mateoke ? |
I am also experiencing this issue, exactly as described. Running on 1.3.1 on Senaite LIMS. |
What are the roles of the user you are using? (LabMan, LabClerk, Analyst, ...) Is this happening with Sample Types you added manually or rather with Sample Types imported in a fresh instance through the Setup data import? You might try to reindex
|
Steps to reproduce
Go to settings and select sample types.
Current behavior
No sample types listed. If I search for a sample type, it comes up in the results. Adding a new sample type seems to work but the listing still remains empty. No samples are appearing even when using the active, inactive and all filters.
Expected behavior
Display a list of sample types and correctly filter them based on whether they are active, inactive or all.
