We need to add a section explaining how to effectively use vscode, including:

  • necessary settings
  • useful extensions
  • connecting to remote server

We already have a note for connecting to remote server in this section (https://seismo-learn.org/seismology101/computer/editor/), but new users don't need it, so we should move it to the best-practice chapter.
