Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the numbers and categories in https://github.com/sdr-enthusiasts/plane-alert-db#current-content and https://github.com/sdr-enthusiasts/plane-alert-db#description-of-categories are hard coded.

Describe the solution you'd like

We could update these values based on the databases using a GitHub action.
