People currently manually go through the TheAirTraffic database google sheet and make suggestions to https://github.com/sdr-enthusiasts/plane-alert-db based on planes that are missing (see #24).

Describe the solution you'd like

We could automate this process and create a GitHub action that periodically checks the data in the extension and makes PRs based on the differences between the https://github.com/sdr-enthusiasts/plane-alert-db/blob/main/plane-alert-db.csv DB and the data in the TheAirTraffic database.
