"added an invalid shortcut" warning in logcat

Description of the issue

I noticed lots of warnings in logcat like the following:
W NotificationService: notification 0|de.blinkt.openvpn|<redacted>|null|10132 added an invalid shortcut

I did not notice any malfunction but maybe there is a notification which I cannot see because of this :).
Though I assume it's something rather harmless, maybe a minor incompatibility with Android 11?

I also notice this, microg LineageOS 18.

Additionally, this is included among the invalid shortcut warnings:
W ActivityManager: Foreground service started from background can not have location/camera/microphone access: service de.blinkt.openvpn/.core.OpenVPNService

But I think this is just generic Android 11 spam.
