no way to enter user/password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.No way to enter a user/password combo
2.My server requires user password authentication using auth-user-pass

Is there a way to enter it using custom commands that I'm not aware? Could a 
user/pass combo be implemented?

User/Password is supported.  Unter Basic settings set the Authentication to 
Username/Password.

My bad, sorry for not searching enough. Also found user/password+certificates 
there too. Thank you for a great app!
