Syncing fails

The app is not able to sync anymore my modifications for many days.
It worked like a charm for months.

The JGitInternalException message is : Checkout returned unexpected result LOCK_FAILURE

JGit feels like such a dumpster fire. Without access to a git repository that's resulting in this failure, it's unfortunately difficult for me to debug what's going wrong. Any chances you can help me out by cloning press locally and setting up breakpoints inside JGit to see what's wrong?
