Description of the feature, modification, idea or suggestion

Allow CRUD of Column Sets for the ColumnHeaderCollection of sMkListView.

Proposed implementation details (optional)

Should be available on whatever or not that Tabs allows CanSelectColumns so we dont make a new Property.
Sets should be visible on Options menu as a sub menu item.

We want to allow to add/update/delete as well as duplicate and change order.
Each set should store all visible columns and store SavableChunk for each.

TBD where on the configuration file they will be stored and how we will load and save them.
